In the last couple of months, I have written a few articles about shows and movies on ZEE5. Also Read, Yaara: A Promising ZEE5 Original, Pavitra Rishta on ZEE5 and ZEE5 Originals: Baarish. Since then I am watching ZEE5’s content on a monthly subscription basis. Not only ZEE5, I am watching content on all other OTT platforms on a monthly subscription basis. I wait until ZEE5 or any other OTT platform releases 4-5 interesting web series or Hindi movies. As soon as they release them, I buy one month’s subscription and finish all the interesting shows and movies. On ZEE5, I eagerly wait for new Bollywood movies, alt balaji web series and ZEE5 original shows and movies before buying ZEE5’s monthly subscription.
Reasons for Buying Monthly Subscriptions
Affordability. The primary reason for not buying yearly subscriptions is money. I can’t afford yearly subscriptions of different OTT platforms. So I choose to watch the 2-3 months’ content in one month.
Time. In a whole day, I am able to watch only one episode of a web series. So in a week (considering the weekend as well), I am able to finish only one web series and enjoy one movie at the most.
Value for money. Considering the time I get to watch online content, is it worth investing my hard-earned money in yearly subscriptions of different OTT platforms?
